Family Roots
The Hooke family has been part of the fabric of Carlisle and South Central Pennsylvania since 1943. What began as a local family business has grown into a portfolio of real estate enterprises that touch nearly every aspect of the industry — from brokerage and sales to title, property management, private lending, and community support.
Dave grew up in this environment: watching his family serve clients, build trust, and do business in a way that put people first. It shaped everything about how he leads today.
Real Estate Leadership
Since 2003, the companies Dave owns have transacted more than 10,000 real estate transactions. He co-owns two brokerages with combined production of over 2,500 sales per year. Across the Hooke family's history, the total transaction count exceeds 25,000 — a testament to the kind of consistency and trust that compounds over generations.
But numbers only tell part of the story. What sets Dave apart is how he thinks about business: not as a vehicle for personal achievement, but as a platform for serving people, developing leaders, and building organizations that outlast any individual.
Marriage, Family & Faith
Dave married his high school girlfriend, and together they are raising three boys. His marriage and family life aren't separate from his work — they are the foundation of it. Dave is a follower of Jesus, and his faith shapes how he thinks about leadership, identity, service, and generosity.
Trained and certified as a 'Catalyst' in Jamie and Donna Winship's Identity Exchange program, Dave is passionate about helping people discover who they really are — free from fear, performance, and the false identities that hold so many leaders back. He believes that the most effective leaders are the ones who lead from their true identity rather than from anxiety or ambition.

Dave helps found and co-owns a new family brokerage. He takes on a leadership role, beginning to oversee transactions and build teams.
